I read about Georgian hospitality and desire to help ... HOUSING FOR TBILISI-
The budget hotel, who recommended Soso really was a cheap one: 10 lari number (about 70 USD.). The receptionist spoke good in Russian. The hotel has 16 rooms. Ours was pretty well equipped: bed (even the bed! "True, we still prefer sleeping), table, chair, two thick glasses, a jug of water (to drink very much wanted, but I have not identified that were floating in a jar, so abstained) DSPshnaya door with a huge keyhole (perhaps it was meant as an extra airflow), ragtime heck, a window with bars, light Ilyich blind.
